Our Small Rubber Bumper Feet

Budwig is a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic rubber feet and has reliably serviced the industry for over 55 years. The company was originally formed by Gilbert Budwig with an emphasis on combining superior products with excellent customer service. We have proudly carried those ideals well into the 21st century and now offer over 50 different parts to choose from. Budwig aims to provide as wide a selection as possible and our engineers are constantly improving old parts, working on new ones, and updating our tooling to continue adapting in the modern age. In this blog, we wanted to shine a spotlight on small rubber bumpers and their advantages.

The smallest pieces we currently offer are as follows: SF6T, SF6-1T, SF6-2T, MF4T, MF6T, MF6-1T, TF4T, TF6T, SQF6T, SQF6-1T, & RF6T. Any one of these parts will supply maximum support with minimal clearance, making them ideal for scaled-down applications like medical equipment, kitchen appliances, and musical instruments. Generally, producers slap on adhesive bumpers to these types of equipment even though they don’t stick to their product very long. On the other hand, Budwig bumpers are fastener-mounted and will last a lifetime. To many prospective buyers, abandoning poor adhesives in favor of Made-In-USA rubber feet might seem like an unnecessary expense, but in reality, you are prioritizing product longevity through proper support. In addition to only synthesizing rubber feet with premium materials, we also conform to REACH and RoHS standards. This means that even our smallest bumpers are both high-quality and sustainably-sourced.

At the end of the day, you want your customer to be happy with what they receive, which is why we go to great lengths to offer pieces with non-marking qualities and that are durable and sleek. Even if our stock colors of black and medium-grey aren’t what you had in mind, we’d be more than happy to explore custom color options as our capabilities allow us to match virtually any hue. Additionally, we can make many of our pieces in softer or harder custom durometers to fit your needs; more information about durometer is available here.

We hope there is a small bumper in our catalog that matches your specifications and look forward to hearing from you soon. In the meantime, read what others are saying about us here.
